Viraleast is a qualification-based program. Commercial terms, including any refund conditions, are presented and agreed before enrolment.
Applicable terms
The refund conditions that apply to you are the ones set out in the program terms you accepted at the time of enrolment. Those terms take precedence over any general statement on this page.
Digital access
Because membership grants immediate access to digital materials, community and coaching capacity, access already delivered is taken into account when a request is reviewed.
Raising a request
Email info@viraleast.com from the address associated with your membership, describing your situation. Requests are reviewed individually and answered in writing.
